P. D. Escobar is quite new to the GTA Modding Community. His first major contribution is the San Andreas Audio Toolkit (SAAT). He is quite shy and despises referring to himself in the third person so this User page is going to be extremely brief unless someone else comes in and adds things.
This page was created mainly so that PD can familiarize himself with how the wiki works and might be utilized as a bit of a sandbox.
