- Checks if the special character has been loaded
- Syntax
- 023D: special_actor [int] loaded

- Memory slot (from 1 to 4 in GTA III, 1 to 21 in Vice City, and 1 to 10 in San Andreas)
This conditional opcode returns true if the specified special character has been loaded after opcode 023C is called.
